Crap service. We waited for about 10 minutes just to order. 2 of our 4 drinks were made and we waited an additional 10 minutes to get our two drinks remaining. When I went up to ask the drinks were sitting there for his knows how long and they did not call our name. And the drinks tasted like crap. Will never go to this spot again. Over priced crap. Today was the preview to the grand opening for tomorrow the 27th. I had a Hazelnut Divinity and it was truly divine. Sweet creamy and nutty it was absolutely delicious. I also had the better breakfast it had an egg, havarti, bacon, arugula, garlic aioli on a brioche bun absolutely satisfying and delicious. I also tried the cream cheese bar warmed up and it was perfect, creamy center and flaky crust. The acai bowl was a healthier choice full of fruit, granola, strawberry, banana, coconut shavings and drizzled with . Also I shared all this with a friend we had a great time. ordered 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches today was asked in the drive thru for my number for points and when I pulled up to the window, she told me that they hadn't put my phone number in, which was weird, even though she was wearing the headset to talk to people in the drive-through, she then walked away and never came back and they were trying to figure out for a while what my order was and where it went. on top of that they did not give me the coldfoam i paid for and didnt put pesto on a turkey pesto sandwich. have to been to multiple other locations and ive never had such weird experiences read more

I went to BetterBuzz in Oceanside off of Coast Highway, before going to a work conference. So, my review is a little delayed. I purchased a Chai Tea and a Mango Strawberry Zinger. I requested nonfat milk for the Chai Tea. I know they gave me whole milk because my stomach was hurting for 2 days. As I was waiting for my Mango Strawberry Zinger. A young lady was training a young man with tattoos. He asked her if he could have some dried fruit. She said- Yes, I don't care! I saw the young man stick his hand into the container of dried strawberries and eat them. I spoke out and said Hey! You are not supposed to do that without gloves on and in front of your customers. He replied- my hands are clean. I just washed them. I replied- that is unacceptable you should never eat out of the container and touch your mouth while making someone's drink. He ignored me! I will not purchase another drink from there. If the baristas do this in front of customers. Just imagine what they are doing when no one is watching them. read more

Visiting oceanside and saw a new cafe that looked enticing. Staff were nice and seating was available indoors and out. Two clean bathrooms. Plugs are conveniently by the tables inside so my partner and I were able to do work for almost 3hrs. We got their seasonal (strawberry) tart - mushy strawberry filling but delicious crust and beautiful frosting; and guava cream cheese croissant - yet to try. Drinks we got mango strawberry buzzin but forgot to add their signature energy drink. Just tried Better Buzz for the first time and am a bit disappointed. Ordered a blended white mocha, unfortunately I didn't try it right away, when I finally took a sip it had strong coconut taste to it.
