It is not a huge store, but I must say it has a lot of stuff (toys/tools/gadgets, etc). Any guy would spend a good amount of time getting lost looking around at all the "stuff" here as I did. I thankfully behaved myself, and did not go on a wild shopping spree. When I finally made it to the counter, the person who helped me was very knowledgeable, and handy. He duplicated a couple sets of keys perfectly. He did not even need to take them out of my car key ring. The sets he made up he had placed in its own key ring rather than just throw them all at me, and mix the keys up. He was also honest, and saved me some money with another request of mine that I did not need to get done. I like honesty, it's a great virtue. FYI: Parking in this area is metered with high tech sensors, and camera. Pay the meter, or pay the ticket.

I went back and asked if they could retrieve my original can from the trash so they could properly match the color. It had already been thrown out, so I took time to find the closest match from their color samples. They remade the paint... and then tried to charge me again for correcting their mistake. I was shocked. The incorrect color was not my error -- it was theirs. Yet they refused to take responsibility and attempted to make me pay for it. That is unacceptable customer service. When a business makes a mistake, it should own it and fix it without putting the burden on the customer. Instead, I was treated with complete disregard and disrespect. I will not be returning, and I don't recommend this store to anyone who values fairness, accountability, or basic customer service.
