Have you ever felt like things are looking super murky and foggy and you can't quite understand why there's a haze around everything you see? Well I was feeling like that until the Better Window Cleaning came and cleaned all my windows inside and out, leaving everything sparkling and clear again. This was the third time this team has cleaned my windows over the past 6 years or so. They always do an amazing job and are somehow able to get to the impossible-to-reach areas. I have a particularly problematic kitchen window (ok the whole house is problematic since it's 4 stories high and along a slope, which is why I can't clean the windows myself) that's up on the third floor, on a hill, and behind a tree, and they came back not once but TWICE with different equipment to clean it until I was satisfied that it was clean. I really couldn't believe they went to all that trouble, since I told them I wasn't even sure if they'd be able to reach that window. It's the kitchen window so obviously I look through it alot and it makes a huge difference in my world to have it clean again. Apparently they serviced my roof too, which is another thing they've done multiple times. My roof is super high up and I don't have a good way to see how it's looking but my assumption is that it's moss free and good for another year of leaves falling and birds jumping around up there without my needing to worry the roof is in bad shape. Honestly this team goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. They're super easy to deal with, since they use text/email/phone calls, and everyone from the team I met over the times I called and they came back to clean the problem window was very gracious and helpful. The Better Window Cleaning crew did a great job cleaning our windows. I loved how easy and efficient it was to schedule and communicate with them - you can just fill out a form online to schedule, and they text you to give you updates and tell you when they're coming. They needed to access the inside of the house to remove two screens for cleaning, but I was on a call when they came, so they offered to come back the next week to handle. I hired Better Window based on the positive reviews. I needed my first floor exterior floor to ceiling windows cleaned. The first worker left our windows smeared and dirty. Better Window sent out another crew that cleaned the windows but left water spots on all of them. We since have realized they also scratched our windows. We hired Better Windows Cleaning from their reviews on Yelp. And they lived up to the reviews, and then some. Not only did they do a fantastic job cleaning our windows (old double-hung windows), but our gutters as well. They hand clean everything for the best results, and it shows. A week later it poured down rain and it looked from below like maybe one of the downspouts came loose during cleaning as water was over-spilling the gutter. I left a message on Sunday and they got back to me on Monday and were out on Tuesday to fix it. Turned out that it wasn't loose, but, rather, our downspout was clogged - which only came to be revealed because the gutters were so clean it wasn't overflowing elsewhere (they were working as designed). Even still, they kindly took apart the downspout and cleaned it out as best possible and then said we'd need a plumber for the rest. He then did what he could with a plastic bag and duct tape to shunt the water away from the foundation a bit onto a patio area. Any time we need our windows or gutters cleaned, we plan to call Better Window Cleaning. Great work and great customer service. read more

This is a local company that gives GREAT professional bonded service. I live near the airport and have the "airport package" windows. What that means is that in addition to the regular thermal-pain windows, there are additional storm windows to dull the sound of landing planes. So in a window with sliding windows you have two windows normally, but with the airport package they are double so it's four windows at each window and they have to be taken apart to be cleaned. Even the sliding glass patio doors are like that. And then I have some big widows with picture windows on top. Of course they are double too... and huge! I would have ruined them for sure if I tried to do them. But these guys came in with these big suction cup things and got them out, cleaned everything so well that it was like there were no windows there, and never got a drop of water on the floors or carpets. They also cleaned all the screens. It was amazing! The price was good too. I highly recommend this business. read more
