First time was entertaining because the lady at the counter (owner?) was reaming someone out over the phone. Pretty heated convo. Went from zero to 60 in a heartbeat. (Both entertaining and awkward.) When asked a worker if they had any more of a product we were looking for, he said that if they did it would be hanging on one of the hangers in the store somewhere. wow. When I walked my cart back into store, another employee saw me trying to get in the door and turned his head and continued walking. Any normal person in Texas would have offered to hold the door OR taken the cart and rolled it inside four feet to the cart parking area. Just not quality service anymore. We are regular shoppers, and this was not a one-time experience. The service and expectation today was that of a fast food place with teenagers drawing a check, but not wanting to work.
