She snaked the the pipe while leaning over our tank - she really went above and beyond. Then I got her bill today (which she'd quoted me $450), and she only charged $275 since we only emptied one tank. I really can't be more delighted by Faunholz and can't recommend Tara highly enough. Great quality, great value, incredible service. Now a Faunholz customer as long as we live in this house.
