I had waited to order my daughter's prom bouquet until the last minute. By the time I entered all the info into the online order, the store had closed. I was panicking to find another florist quickly. Within minutes, they called me to say they would be able to fill my order. However, I was outside of their delivery area. They offered to help me find a different florist or have the option of picking it up at their shop. We did the latter. They were super helpful and quickly responded to my request- even though they were closed! We picked up the bouquet the next morning at 11am. The bouquet was gorgeous and our daughter loved it! I would have paid more than what the flowers cost, simply because of how courteous and helpful they were to us! read more

Attempted to order flowers days early of when needed and they were never delivered claimed they lost my information. Very unprofessional, employee on phone was not well trained could not answer basic questions but claimed to have taken all the information and assured me it would get done. When called and queried what happened they claimed I gave wrong information they took no responsibility when I questioned them about incompetent employees and the training they just hung up on me. I will never use again or recommend to anyone. read more

We called Beverly Hills Florist driving south from Pittsburgh to WV to see if we could get a last minute birthday bouquet today. We called the right place! Dessie put together a gorgeous bouquet in about 30 minutes for the 90 year old birthday girl. She loved it! Thank you Dessie! We'll be back. read more

thank you! Cindy rules. was a little late in sending mumsie flowers on her birthday. called from out of state at 4pm on a Friday. they were able to get the flowers out to a Fairmont location same day. she just wouldnt close shop till those flowers got delivered. no flower shop in Fairmont could pull it off but these guys did. to hear the excitement in my moms voice when she got them. she called in tears. the boquet was the size of a subcompact. made it look like I planned it ahead of time! thank you so much for saving my backside! read more

Unprofessional. I paid in cash and watched her put the money into her pocket. They seemed rude and like I was wasting their time. Overheard many conversations about other clients and how annoyed they were with other orders. Would never recommend or use them again. read more

Had an awesome experience using this great florist today! I called in as I wanted to speak to someone about the floral arrangement I was envisioning. They worked with me to come up with the perfect arrangement for a very sad but special occasion. Wonderful customer service, so super friendly and just an absolute pleasure to work with. She texted me a photo of the arrangement before delivery and I was floored...SO BEAUTIFUL, it exceeded my expectations. We have been using them since before we moved to Florida 17 years ago. Our daughter is in Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens just across the road. Today my wife tried to order a wreath for her grave. The woman who answered the phone was rude asked if we knew it was raining. Then stated: You people always wait untill the last minute. My wife hung up we will be using a different florist for our future business. That is for Christmas, Easter, Her Birthday, Memorial Day, etc!!! read more

This morning I called before they opened. I had called florists closer to my location, but they didn't answer. I needed flowers for a funeral that started at 10:00 a.m. She not only answered the phone, but took my order and promised to have them delivered before the service started even after I offered to pick them up and deliver them myself. I'll be sure to use her services again even though she's not the closest florist to my work or home. read more
