I later spoke with Paula who was friendly and helpful, she told me she was gathering enough people for a small beginners class for women, I asked if I could bring some friends and she said yes. We signed up and she provided all the information via email. I nor my friends had ever shot guns before so we were a little nervous. We got to the range and met Sayaka, who was badass! She assisted us to get geared up and shared about her expertise. There was about 6 people in our class, so it made it very intimate and they were able to assist us individually if needed! Paula and Sayaka went over various topics of safety. Already it made me feel at ease. Paula is so knowledgeable and quite hilarious she had be cracking up the entire class. Paula and Sayaka made a great team and they explained everything thoroughly. Such cool ladies! I was so inspired by them! We went over the movement of pulling the gun out from the holster over and over and over. But we didn't use the gun just learned the movements so we can get comfortable. Then we moved on to actually holding the gun. It was really helpful, because once we began shooting the adrenaline spiked! I got a lil scared and so did my friend but Paula and Sayaka were extremely patient and helpful. They showed us how to shot, where to shot, and how to reload. They gave me so much confidence that I could be badass like them! I will definitely be back and taking the next course. The three hours flew by! It was a lot of fun! We didn't know we were gonna get to shot in the shoothouse so that was a surprise and such a great time! Paula got some cool pics of us. 10/10 experience and I def recommend to women who have never shot before. It's definitely a necessity to protect ourselves and our loved ones!

He immediately came across as very professional and experienced. He took a look at the issue and was able to fix it for me. What really stood out was that he provided the service as complimentary, which I truly appreciated. That kind of customer service makes a big difference and builds trust. Overall, great experience. I saw on line that they carry the same brand, same model, just a new look. It was on sale, so I had to stop by, right? I was in the area, so it was easy, but didn't park in their lot. Big store, but not overwhelming, with lots of merchandise, great selection. It was easy to find the cooler section, they had the model we were looking for, on sale, so we picked and chose since they had a few and off we went to pay for it. Nice customer service, good shopping experience. We will return since it was so easy and fast to shop here!

I guess it could be more difficult for them to really give you the kind of personal attention you might get at a smaller shop, but on Sunday 4/12/26 I was standing around looking for gun lights or help with the lights, and boom--Alan noticed me (before I even saw him). He asked if I needed any help and I asked him about lights. Alan did great. I felt like all my questions were respectfully answered, and Alan was even validating by making me feel like my logic for choosing the light I chose made sense. "Lumens Vs. Candela". I appreciated that. This place is popular, so it might feel overwhelming with the size, number of products, customers and reps--but I found their selection to be impressive and Alan's customer service to be FIVE STARS.

We had a blast over the weekend at the range with Paula and her awesome team…read more I mean Paula has a level of skill that I aim to have one day. Despite the intense heat we had fun and no one got sunburned. They had shade, cold water available, parking is very close so you can go sit down in your car and turn on the AC if you need to. All equipment is available to you if you need it. I brought my friend who has never even seen a gun in person. Paula and her team were so professional, she even got a one on one first. They took their time to be with her and help her. She left very capable of managing an arm if she ever needs to. She had a blast and it was another level of empowerment for her. My other friend is a great shooter. He decided to still take the safety course because we always learn something new. He had a blast too and enjoyed the experience. We will definitely be coming back because I need more practice and we all know that here in California it's difficult for me as a female to get into the range. I recommend this club and would suggest that you try checking it out at least once.

The experience was excellent. I purchased an item from another FFL and had it shipped to RTBALA as it is closer to home. No additional fees charged, just fee for DROS which is standard price. Will most likely have ammo purchased online and shipped to RTBALA as well moving forward since California does not allow ammo to be shipped to residence and charge additional tax. Good to know RTBALA charge low fee for this process. Vache, David, and the third staff member were accomodating, courteous, and professional. There can be waiting as they process one customer at a time. However, the waiting is usually no more than 5 - 10 minutes
