OMG the souffles were incredible. I tried the escargot souffle, though oily on the bottom, was like…read moreheaven in my mouth. The souffle is pesto flavored and there are around 6 escargot pieces inside. The souffles here were the most fluffy, most tender souffles I've ever had in my life. If not for fear of cardiac arrest I could eat these for every meal every day of my life.
I ordered the vanilla bean souffle with raspberry syrup. I figured this would be a good way to try the base souffle and to add a variation should it be too boring. The base souffle itself was melt in your mouth tender, like how I'd imagine biting into an imaginary cloud. The dessert souffle felt lighter than the savory though I'm not sure if it really was. Really I could've gobbled up the thing without adding the syrup but halfway through I decided to take the chance. The raspberry syrup perfectly complemented the fluffy vanilla. In retrospect I still can't decide which was better. If I weren't so stuffed from eating all day I'd probably order another dessert souffle. I'd definitely hit this place up.
Oh, for those of you that care about service, I found the servers to be really nice and attentive. Maybe make reservations since the place was pretty packed.
