Whilst the shop is large there are too many displays, which often are too close together to walk through and there is ALWAYS clothes on the floor everywhere. IF you can't find what you want on the shelves have a look on the floor. The staff do run round trying to sort this out but they simply can't keep up. If you don't like having to fight your way to a shelf avoid this shop on a Saturday it gets manic!

Obviously with this chain of stores it is always extremely busy but one thing I will say is that they always have plenty of staff manning the tills so that the queues move quickly. The store has more of a structure now but I would still advise to make this the first stop on your shop as by the end of the day half the stock is on the floor. The majority of the staff are school kids and are not the most friendly or helpful but you have to expect that the service won't be amazing as this is one of the more affordable stores. Always a good bargain to be had and they always have out a variety of sizes.

I bought a pair of mary jane style shoes for £12 that I wore for work for a year and they lasted in great condition. In addition they also do good lingerie and a maternity range as well. I go here to get some basics such as combat trousers and t shirts. I have even bought a few jumpers for my trendy brothers as they are so cheap but good quality.

This shop gets really busy but there's lots of tills and staff to deal with it. It's in West Gate so there's a nice big car park attached, that's fairly cheap and is pay & display.

What is even better now is that you can peruse all their stock on line and they deliver in store for you. This is located on the East Gate at Basildon and the car park is right next to it. Be warned it fills up quickly so try to avoid peak times on Saturdays.

This includes clothes, shoes, accessories, homeware, seasonal goods and more. They also now have a party department, which has lots of great decorations, balloons, sweets, game and other things suitable for all sorts of party you may hold. Joining is very easy, all you do is complete a form then you are immediately a member and able to purchase from the shop. There is a private car park for this shop which always has a few spaces and is free.

I do like the underwear from here, a great and comfortable fit at a brilliant price. The staff are quite young and are helpful in checking for more stock out back. They are good for their sale rails - keep a look out! The childrens clothes are also great prices, not a brilliant variety on baby boys clothes but very cheap. There is one changing room to the back and two tills. Service is pretty fast.
