What a day,I was up in Fergus Falls and out of the blue my german car decided to be fussy.Here I was on a main street .a gaggle of kind men came to this damsels distress.Beyer showed up and quickly assured me things would be fine.The man was so sweet and so assuring that everything was going to be fine. I had a major meltdown, He picked up the car,and us two old farts, drove us home.He was so personable and sweet,He shared his family life and was really a breath of fresh air. Returning to our home with the car in tow all was well WHAT A SWELL GUY,hE WAS CONCERNED,AND REALLY CARING.HE TOOK MY HYSTERICAL MOOD AND MAGICLY TURNED IT AROUND. .That is a gift,so few posess.If ever I needed help again I would ask for them again.I arrived home in a calm happy mood they saved my awful day. The State Patrol paged out the tow from Beyer's because we had hit a deer at 5:30 in the morning. Being way far from home and it being Sunday, things were not looking good! He towed the car to the shop so my husband could assess the damage. Figuring we just needed a battery and some duct tape, he towed us to Fleet Farm, dropped the car and took us to McDonald's to hang out until Fleet opened. His pleasant personality helped me get thru this stressful situation! Nice to meet nice people, especially at 5:30 in the morning! read more

Terrible place horrible money hungry non-compassionate people. I m a African American female whom was side swiped by another vehicle; however I only had liability coverage and the insurance company claimed it was my fault. I was in shock and my tire was blown, instantly the police contacted this company's wrecker which towed my vehicle instead of just repairing my tire, they claimed they couldn't repair the tire because it was blocking traffic. At this point I should've just drove my car of to the side of the road, it was still in the road because I was in shock being the car hit my drive door; anyway I wasn't thinking to move the vehicle in case the police wanted to take pictures. I was talking to the paramedics and was distracted, anyway the wrecker towed my vehicle without my permission and the only thing was wrong was a flat tire and my drive was jammed shut. My problem is my college school books was in my car during the accident and was still in the car when this company's wrecker towed my vehicle. After the accident I was in shock and didn't t think instantly oh my belongs, because the insurance company claimed I didn't completely stop I was not covered; the tow fee was 200 to get my vehicle and 75 every day after. Well needless to say I'm a paycheck to paycheck individual with no saving account, I was not able to pay the 200 fee and the company wouldn't let me retrieve my belongs. I had books worth almost a thousand dollars and laptop less than a year old, they wouldn't let me break the cost down in order to just retrieve my belongs; I offered them 90 dollars just for my belongs and they refused. Long story short this place wouldn't t return my books unless I paid two hundred dollars, my job as a fast food worker only pays twice a month and just so happen this fell on my off paycheck week. So almost a thousand in college books gone because they refused to work with me, and I begged, and by the time next week when my paycheck came the cost for my vehicle to be released was over six hundred dollars. So basically they ended up with my vehicle, my school books and all my other small possessions because I was unable to pay their tow fee So my five thousand dollar car is gone over two hundred dollars, this company makes money off of other people s tragic moments, and has no compassion. They wouldn't t even return my books even after they knew they were going to own my vehicle because I was unable to instantly pay their tow fee. I pray this is not how people make their living for their work of less than an hour, and yes people I understand this could have being avoided with full coverage but understand I'm a college student making it pay check to pay check, and my rates for full coverage increases the premium by a hundred. read more

I got a flat tire on my travel trailer on interstate 94 near Fergus Falls. Beyer came immediately, put my spare tire on and lead me back to their shop to get new tires. They were extremely helpful!! read more
