I loved Beyond Decadence back when she was in Illinois. Her gluten free desserts were fabulous and she even did a custom GF angel food cake for me. She moved to North Carolina and I moved to Kentucky and those desserts became 'beyond reach'. Fast forward to Covid and Maria begins shipping her delicious treats. So happy Maria recently added shipping so my family could enjoy her fantastic cakes all the way in Illinois. Cakes and icing arrived safely and we're still cold! WOW!!! I love lemon and these had to be the best lemon bars to come across my taste buds. Then I found out that they use real butter and lemon etc in the bars. Next up, the flour less chocolate cake....seriously good stuff. I am a fan for sure. read more
