We used to go to another place locally but after making an appointment and being held back while walk-ins were put in front of us for 45 minutes, we ended up here out of desperation. I had paid $80 for a gel manicure and in less than 7 days, the gel began to literally peel off and chip. I had gone in to have the two nails fixed that are chipping, but the longer I sat there I realized several nails were having the same issue and at that point I was better off getting a full set done elsewhere, so I left. I've never experienced gel polish just peel off like this, pretty upsetting considering the price. Normally I love this place. Stopped in for a pedicure. The ladies are always great. Must try the gel pedicure. Leaves your feet happy. Finding a place that is relaxing is hard these days. I really love watching the cooking shows on the TV while my feet soak. This visit had me puzzled. When my tech was done, she put my feet in the paraffin wax. The unusual part was that she totally forgot about me (40 min).. another lady finally came over and helped me. Aside from that, I'd recommend this place to anyone. read more

I came in here for a refill on my acrylic nails. The person I saw before wasn't working, so I asked for any available tech and was seen by Tram, or that was the name at station 4's equipment. I asked for a refill, with short square nails and ombré colors instead of a French manicure. Pro: for a Sunday, they were not busy and I was able to get in quickly. Cons: Besides asking what color and shape that was the end of the conversation. My nails are a little bumpy and the length isn't consistent between both hands. I asked for ombré and ended up with glitter, which is fine but not what I wanted. I should have said something or showed her a photo. The cost of what I paid for originally and the cost for the fill was the same amount, $55.00 plus tip. I need to find a nail salon that has the same quality and prices consistently. read more

Horrible. They used USED files and buffers on my toes. The polish was chunky and thick. The scrub was weak. Didn't get the shape right no matter how clear I made it. The Worst! I decided to give them a second chance after the last horrible experience, & it was even worse. The nail tech was nice but rushed through everything ..$130 later: Basic manucure with clear polish Deluxe Gel (french) Pedi with add on $10 .. for what? Not sure I wasnt even out of the parking lot & the nail polish bubbled up & looked horrible. I live 5 minutes away took off my shoes & 3 toes the gel had completely came off, it was like it hadnt ever been on my toes! I called the salon & whoever I spoke with said there was a fee, mean while she was also yelling at another person in her country language. Theyre rude, disrespectful, overpriced for their shit job... customer service is terrible.. I could go on forever about this place. Quality sucks. There bathroom was nasty. If there's one thing I can say about this place, it's that they are consistent.... but they're consistently bad. I've had pedicures done here maybe 3 times and they are the 3 worst pedicures I've ever had. Last time, my nail polish was still wet and smudging on stuff about 3 hours after I left the salon. How?! I am pretty sure I said that time I'd never go back, and yet... peer pressure? I did. My husband just had heart surgery so can't care for his own toes right now. And lord knows I'm not touching his toes. Ick! So we met up with some friends for what we thought was an appointment for four people all at the same time, because that is what we asked for when we called several days prior. But they did our friends first and then us. Whatever- that's not a huge deal, it gave my girlfriend and I time to gossip more. The problem is that my polish was still wet 2 hours later and they did something to my husband's toe and he's got a cut or something on the edge of his big toe that is painful. Hopefully it does not turn to an infection- that is not someone who just had heart surgery needs!! Also, the lady that did mine needs to learn anatomy. The muscle is on the calf, not the shin. She was pressing so hard into my shin that it was painful; but ignoring my calf. So this time I really mean it when I say I am not going here ever again. read more

I love this place. I have tried quite a few places in Sparks but so far this is my favorite! Jolie and Ginger do a great job on my nails. I personally prefer getting the dipping powder. I have an allergy to acrylic nails and fillers. This place is very clean and has a wide range of colors to choose from. I also enjoy that they serve you water, tea or coffee! I went in to have my nails done for my wedding, I asked for French tips, Ginger painted them instead of doing tips like I asked, and gave me a nude base when I had asked for pink. fine ok no big deal. I went to have them soaked off a couple of weeks later and Tram used a plastic nail (like the ones you use for acrylics and ripped them off, I asked her about soaking them and she said since they had lifted some this was easier. it has been a week since I had them taken off and my nails are destroyed. Great place for a shellac manicure and pedicure. I live in Palomino Valley and the Los Altos shopping center off pyramid Highway is the most convenient for me so I don't have to travel too far. The place is clean and I've yet to wait as a walk-in. They have the most up to date colors as well. Their hours are nice too!! Highly recommend. read more
