I spoke to Lidtha on Friday 12, 2021 and explained how we wanted to get another G/L insurance policy through Beyond Your Insurance. She was starting from the begging even though I told her we were a past client. She found us asked us if there were any updates that she needed to know. I explained we recently moved and our phone & fax numbers changed as well. About 5 minutes after she collected our info, she told me that she was going to call me back because she was going to get our rate. Today is Thursday 18, 2021 and have not heard back from her. I called her office and she was out but the person that answered the phone offered to help me out and by the end of that conversation I was confused. She told me to email her and she would look at it and speak to Lidtha. I did not know what "it" was, and she couldn't explain "it" to me. Then it kind of made sense when she asked if this was for my homeowners or auto. Neither, it's for commercial GL, to which she said, I'm not too sure because I've never done a policy like that for. (I understand that) Now that I think back, it's all starting to come back why we did not stay with them in the first place. All the unanswered or non-call back calls and when we had an incident a few years ago, it was basically the same thing. I had read all of the reviews the last time around and thought lets give them a try, but now that I remember I'm not so sure anymore.
