I said I wouldn't leave a bad review but the district jerk off looked me in the eye and told me to basically deal with the situation since he's not giving me a bill after they've had my vehicle for four months during my my rotations in Türkiye. Had an integrated 4 x 4 wheel hub vacuum issue on on four driver side. It started with a high pitch when I got it back. It started with a massive grinding, and it did not quit. I was left without 4 x 4 for a half a year and they use zip ties to disengage it and keep it out-of-the-way instead of having the problem fixed the whole month they had it (x''s 4 months) The effort seems there by the front office, but I gave my truck to them for a month 4 different times, (having it 4 to 5 weeks time) and they still couldn't fix what I relayed what the ford shop told me to take care of. They sold me something I didn't need, when I told him that wasn't the problem that Ford was telling me to take care of, every time I got it back the issue was never fixed. The frustration of these guys having my vehicle for a months time and still not fixing a vacuum leak on one side of my four-wheel-drive integrated hub is extremely aggravating. They violated my breathalyzer costing me over $200 with multiple trips driving mechanics around managers around without a fillup. I turn my vehicle in clean with the promised it being out of the elements and I get it back like the Sahara sands on vehicle and they offer me a card to the car wash down the street... unreal, that should've been taken care of by them. The district Superman that came in with the Cape basically slapped me in the face and told me I can take care of all the other expenses since he's not giving me a bill. We wouldn't have had the problems that we had if they would've just listened to what I told them to take care of. Will not return, be careful. read more

I had my front shocks replaced, my transmission serviced, and my spark plugs replaced at BG. This is one of the best experiences I have had at a car shop. A lot of times as a younger woman I tend to run into car shops that are trying to sell me things I don't need. I enjoyed my experience at BG because I could tell they were honest, thorough, and kind. As someone who also has lots of car anxiety they were very reassuring that my car was in great shape. I will be going here for all my car needs in the future. read more

I want to be very clear, the staff are great, very nice and communicated well during the servicing. Although, I was quoted 10k for a brand new transmission, among other things, for my vehicle. I had a friend of mine look at it and determined it was just bad actuators that needed replaced for $100, and the issue was gone. I understand they run diagnostic tests, but it makes me question how thorough they, or any mechanic, look under the hood. I was about to scrap it for like $500, a 17k car. read more

Strong customer service and reasonable pricing, as well as impressive use of technology in their communication before, during, and after the appointment for service. All staff I spoke with were friendly and willing to explain issues they found with my vehicle and I really liked that they provide an email summary including pictures of their inspection before you leave. My only disappointment was the lack of compliance with the current public health guidelines. While the person interacting directly with customers at the front desk wore a face covering, the other employees in the office area and coming in and out of the garage were not, despite being very close to one another. Additionally there was no enforcement of the mask requirement for customers. read more

But I was so impressed with the service and staff here! My car needed an alignment and we wanted an estimate on replacing the serpentine belt. Everything was explained to me ahead of time in a respectful manner without pressure. I also appreciated that the explanation was in layman's terms but was not condescending. BG Automotive performed a check on my entire vehicle and estimated a $5,500 repair for a failing brake accumulator. I didn't end up getting the repair and upon picking my car up from them, it was making a loud noise from the exhaust. I got it home and had an independent mobile mechanic come look at it only to discover that an entire chunk of the exhaust piping system had been deliberately cut out of the vehicle. They were obviously mad that I didn't pay for repairs, so they damaged the car. read more

My Mazda CX5 was on the fritz. I called BG Automotive and they had the issue diagnosed quickly and offered to fix it for me same day, but it was already 4pm. So they provided me a loaner vehicle while they kept my car in the shop over the weekend. The work was finished at 11am the following Monday. It runs so great now. My 2017 Outback was due for it's 60,000 mile service. I normally take it to BG Automotive as I think they do a great job for a reasonable price. The service took much longer than I was hoping for, but they knocked a hundred bucks off for my "inconvenience". They also gave me a loaner car at no charge which was greatly appreciated. On the way home after the service the CHECK ENGINE light came on , but the next day first thing it was taken care of. In short: BG Auto is AMAZING! Highly recommend them! I brought my car (2014 Chevy Spark) to them because it was jerking around and the rpms were reving up, my heat and ac went out at the same time and I needed an oil change (I ended up needing more than this done as well). In my gut, I knew my transmission was failing and was already panicking about the expense of that and looking into getting a different car. My car was going to take about a day for BG to fix so they provided me with a loaner car while they worked on it. Turns out, my transmission was on recall and they offered to set everything up to get it fixed with the dealership for me. Dellenbach in Fort Collins was being very difficult for them to work with and BG went out of their way to provide me with information about the recall to help me work with Dellenbach as they wouldn't allow BG to set up the appointment for them to see my car. I was really nervous about driving my car in the condition that it was in so BG dropped my car off at my house when they finished working on it and picked the loaner car up. Every interaction I had with them was positive, easier than I expected (I'm always skeptical of auto shops, especially being a woman who has been taken advantage of by shops before) and the staff wore masks and/or gloves each time they interacted with me (during covid‐19). Dellenbach refused to help me find transportation home after I dropped my car off so BG sent someone to pick me up from the dealership so I didn't have to take a lyft! This was after I've already paid them for their services, so compassionate and helpful! Anoushir, who was my main point of contact at BG, even spoke with Dellenbach about the situation for me after I'd already paid them. After much arguing with Dellenbach they finally diagnosed that my transmission was under recall; however, they refused to provide me with a loaner car. I had to get a rental car and pay for it out of pocket, even though my transmission was manufactured incorrectly. Moral of the story: this small business went out of their way to help me out when a huge corporation went out of their way to make this whole situation way more stressful than it needed to be for me, I am so grateful for BG Auto!!! read more

Hash and his team at BG are OUTSTANDING! WIthin hours of dropping off my car (front end alignment was messed up), had a complete, professional report emailed AND texted to me - including photos of the problem and cost estimate. Further, Hash worked with Discount Tire to replace tires that had been dangerously worn because of the bent tire rod end and alignment issue. He stayed late on a Friday to allow me to get there to pick up my car. When my son dropped me off, he noticed that one of his tires looked a bit low. Checked it and aired it up for him. Communication through the whole process was perfect: texts, emails, and phone calls when necessary.
