Last night we decided to investigate the source instead, and went in Tandoori Nights. It looks unassuming from the outside, but inside is nicely decorated and clean, with comfy sofas to wait on. We were promptly served, and ordered Chicken Korma+Nan, and Chicken Madras+Nan. The wait was short, and they had a TV showing Watchdog (and not overly loud). My Korma and Nan were excellent, the Madras was a bit more spicy than was expected (more a reflection on the expectations than the Tandoori Nighst though!)

I try to order food here at least once a week, staff are always friendly and polite, They will make any dish to your taste just ask. I have also found that the portion size of the dishes out pass any other take out restaurants. Hands down best value money can buy. A Punjabi friend of mine, ordered an indian take away a couple of years ago from Bombay Balti, which at the time was new to me. And ever since, whenever I Fancy an indian takeaway I don't think twice but to order from Bombay Balti for the following reasons; - Fantastic Vegetarian dishes on menu, which is important as I have a lot of vegetarian friends -Food ALWAYS arrives hot -They are honest with you about the waiting time -The Food tastes the same as when I first became acquainted with them back in 2012,which show continuity - which is noticed when you move away and come back for visits... -the Staff are polite, helpful and remember you. -the menu is flexible for example I Love matter Paneer, but I prefer it with chickpeas instead of garden peas, and these little allowances they make, prove for customer satisfaction! This ended up as a beer tasting session during popadoms! The service was friendly and efficent although a little slow at times but mayby that was down to a party of 16. The food was fantastic and plenty of it. Presentation of the dishes was very plaesing to the eye and reinforced the excellent fresh tasting quality of the meal. A number of tasting sessions took place between individuals and all agreed the food was top quality. The restauarant and music was a little uninspiring but with food like that who cared. Of course the bill was pretty cheap as there was no alchol added and that reallly topped of the meal.

The speed in which Peking Dynasty take your order, cook your order and hand over your food is amazing. Its always nice too (apart from the chilli beef that's not nice). The chips are the best around. Not that there are any other comparisons in Grove as the Elachi is a Bangladeshi restaurant and takeaway. Peking Dynasty do not deliver which is a shame as I think this is the only negative point about them really as that's the one thing we could do with in Grove
