Upsairs there is the food hall which being M&S is great quality as you would expect, there are plenty of tills so queuing isn't usually a problem. However, do not try to eat anything purchased in store in the cafe, even if you are buying meals or sandwiches in there. I tried to give my daughter a bottle of juice which was bought in store in the cafe with our meals and was met with a very hostile table cleaner who told me I was breaking the law. All a bit extreme I thought.

Again, the staff are very helpful and clearly a lot of effort has been put into the quality of staff. Beatties is in Friars Square shopping centre and is close to a large car park which helps.

The basement level is a food hall with a wide variety of premium food products, fruit, vegetables, pre-cooked meals, ready to eat meals, ready to cook meals! They also had a wide variety of premium biscuits, chocolates, sandwiches, and beverages including wine! They had some pretty high end towels that were 50% off too! Upper level had an assortment of clothes for men. Their in-house cologne was quite nice! 2 bottles for 25!

Mens clothing, childrenswear and cafe on the second floor. There is also a toilet on this floor and baby changing facilities. There is a lovely range of clothing and they have some great bargains in the regular sales. The clothing lasts and washes well. The food Hall sells food and flowers and they have a lovely selection of Christmas food at this time of year.

There is also everything you can think of and was great Christmas shopping. They have a lot of 3 for 2 gifts which are a great idea. They also have lovely underwear/lingerie which is really good value with bras up to £16!. Per Una clothing is quite cool as well with a lot of floaty skirts and tops. And as for the food well there's such lovely stuff and of really high quality. Also should you need it there's a little cafe with coffee and light snacks to refuel your energy.

This Debenhams store is the anchor store for Centre Court Shopping Centre in Wimbledon. It isn't the biggest department but has the full variety of different departments. I had a successful shopping trip here today. The top floor had a lot of homeware and kitchen gadgets - fortunately, a lot of my friends are foodies and love to cook and entertain. The middle level is mainly ladies clothing but the ground floor yielded more success with menswear, fragrances & cosmetics and also a gift section with some fun things to give. It is better to give than receive and Debenhams made that easier for me to achieve today

The service in this store in every single department is consistently terrible. This is a pretty typical Marks and Spencers. Menswear on the first food, women's clothing on the…read moreground floor, with a food section in the back. We visited to get something easy for dinner, and headed straight to the food area although we did note that there was quite a number of sale racks in the women's section on the way through. We're used to the Pinner branch, which is only food, so the layout here is a little odd to us. For example, some of the ready to cook stuff from different ranges are on different aisles, rather than all together. But we got through it eventually and found something what we were looking for and headed to the self checkouts. There are four checkouts... two were out of action and the other two had some very slow people on them. The woman looking after the checkouts partly cleared one of the broken ones and then just upped and walked away part way through it. We then had a pricing fault on something else we had and she argued with us that it was correctly priced. Instead of going to check herself (she wasn't doing anything else) she yelled across the shop floor to some poor student who was already dragging a metal cage pallet around. She called back the price and was ignored. A few minutes passed and the woman called to the student again, who went and double checked. Now the woman tried to pass us off to two other staff members so she wouldn't have to fix the price. Needless to say, we ended up writing in with a complaint because this just wasn't appropriate behaviour as the staff member was obviously dodging work.

On the ground floor is womens wear and childrens wear. Right at the back of the shop is the supermarket / food section. Upstairs is the mens department and home wares. As you are part way up the escalator you can smell the wonderful aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The coffee shop is situated at the back of the first floor and smells absolutely divine. Everything about Marks and Spencer is expensive, but for quality and no quibble returns, it is one of my favourtie shops.
