Some people might love fishes cause they're so delicious, but I loved Chez Victor. I actually had some fishes there, salmon that is. And oh what a salmon is was, all most and pink like a newborn baby. That's a terrible comparison because I've never eaten, nor will I ever eat a newborn baby, but this is the simile that came forth through the keys of my computer. I also had soup. Minestrone soup. Twas a bit salty, but I still liked it mucho.
We were greeted by the friendly staff with olives and bread. Olives were nicely marinated. Bread was bread. The waiters struck the perfect balance between attentive and withdrawn, playing a Mozart on the chords of the waitstaff-ing lute.
Even though I was there with a relative, it would have been a great date place. Surprisingly, the restaurant was somewhat empty, but that did not hinder my experience.
