I told this finance worker that I struggle, as a clergyperson especially, with my taxes. Mr. Menzel's name was given immediately. As usual, I was late as Hades with my 2019 taxes. Mr. Menzel was patient and professional, and even showed me some favor. He was kind enough even when payment was delayed, and he is willing to help me with the returns for my previous years. Went in early April to have returns completed. Personal return was sent without issue.
