Guiding borrowers/sellers through the loan documents ensuring a smooth closing, leaving the signers at ease is the ultimate goal. Prices vary depending on travel for general notary needs. Travel IS included in fee for real estate/home loan transactions. Living trusts/healthcare directives etc. vary I also offer courier services. Prices vary depending on item to be transported, timeframe needed for completion, locations etc. Unfortunately, I do not perform process serving at this time. please reach out for a quote for any services needed =]

History

Established in 2019.

I first became a notary in 2014 for a small office in Palo Cedro that shortly after closed up shop. When coming time to renew my commission, I explored other avenues of revenue alongside having my commission and got myself into loan signing real estate transactions. Being a single mother working 2 jobs most years and missing out on my children was what motivated me to become self employed. In the end of 2020 I had created my LLC, expanded into more general notary jobs since the covid mortgage boom slowed, became certified in permit running, and working with estate planning documents. Meeting such a diverse many along with their pets and collections are some of my favorite parts of the day. I take pride in my knowledge, training, and completion of a service to the public as well as mortgage professionals and lawyers/attorneys. I was inspired to become self employed to have more freedom to be involved with my children as a single mother. Growing to love the industry of being a Notary Public for the State of California. I am not just a Notary, anymore! Since starting my journey in 2014 with my first commission, opening my business in 2019, creating my LLC in 2020, I have expanded over the years into 2024 with my third commission. Now offering courier services for Shasta and surrounding counties, permit runner services, and field inspections (vehicles, heavy equipment, properties, etc.) I take pride in my continual training and education on all fields of work alongside my ability to conduct a positive and carefree execution of my required duties for all clients.
