We have now found her again in her village salon. Prices are much cheaper than City Centre and cuts and colours are second to none. Late night on Tuesday. About 15-20 minutes from Chester depending on traffic, well worth the journey and added bonus is lovely pubs nearby to have Lunch or Tea!

I have being going to this hairdressers for years and so has my daughter who is ten. The new look of the shop its self has just made it top class with new designs and equipment. There are 3 main staff that own it equally. there is also a nail area where you can have a manicure or acrylics applied. . There is also a one colour expert who just does the colur and you are then passed on to the stylists for you cut and blow wve etc.. The prices are very reasonable, with half a head of colours with a cut for £40. They are open tue to saturday, with thur being late night until 8pm. The salon uses Tigi hair products which you can also buy.

I started off when I was a broke student goign to the hair academy, then when my hairdresser moved to weeping cross I followed her thanks to having got myself a job! Prices are around £30 for a cut and finish, more for re-styles etc. It can get quite expensive, but its worth it for the quality of hair cut. Highly recommended.

Appalling customer service..arrived in the middle of staff in-fighting, was seated and asked if I wanted a coffee, which I did but it never arrived. My stylist then washed and started to cut my hair but disapperaed for 20 mins to see to another customer. Would have walked out if my hair had n't been half cut. The place felt chaotic and unfriendly. When I left the receptionist was very off hand. I will not be going back. Any recommendations on more approachable salons ?

This is a profesisonally run salon by a master sylist, Jackie and her business partner Vicki. Staff is well supervised and always friendly. The salon is clean, bright, comfortable and modern. Magazines current. Lovely cappucino. Appointments run on time and efficiently. Prices are reasonable. I lived in many parts of the world before the UK and had experience with many salons and stylists over the years -- none compare to Jackie! When on occassion I have had to go elsewhere due to being away from the UK, I have "run" back to Jackie each and every time to "fix" the mess the other salon made. I also use the esthetics services offered by Taz and Amy. Also excellent. The arcrylic nails Taz applies last a long time and don't break or chip! Spray tans are natural looking. Lots of decadent spa services offered. I now live in Derby and drive to Uttoxeter just to have my hair done (and that is a drive of over 30 miles). I am a business owner myself and expect good service and here, I have never been disappointed and highly recommend this salon.

I visited the Rugeley salon at an ungodly hour on Saturday for a wedding hairstyle. The team were friendly, attentive and added to the whole experience styling five people at 8am can't be high on their list of fun things to do, but they did a fantastic job bride, mother of the bride and bridesmaids very happy with their work.

Good prices, and staff have almost all got certifcates up on the wall showing achievements they have gained in the hairdressing world. Has a very central position town and never seems to be too busy, not to say that its empty at anytime either. Overall a good option if you need your hair cut.
