I've had several occasions to call Bibb Security and have always gotten a helpful response. The people I've interacted with there have been knowledgeable, professional and quick to help solve any issues I've had. Their security system came with the house we moved into two years ago and if they were other than what I've described, I would have changed companies. When I see 5 stars for this company it makes me skeptical about who is giving them the stars. I recently relocated to the Macon area and Bibb Security was reccommend to me. I called them in excess of 10 times and was told very time that someone would have to call me back. I never received a call back. After 3 weeks of this nonsense I finally spoke with someone who scheduled an appointment with me for Friday, November 8, 2019 at 3:30th p.m. Needless to say no one showed. I don't understand a business that operates in this fashion. I would never recommend this company. read more
