I have used Bibi travel twice and both times had really pleasant transactions. They are in small heath. They are not very big but are really nice. They help you book flights only they don't do package holidays. They helped me get flights to India, as I wanted a flight where you stop off isn't direct they helped me get a date in the week I gave them. They also helped me sort out baggage and currency exchange. They said if I had any left after I can bring them back and exchange them again. They are really friendly with really competitive rates.
