I like this place. On my second trip to the area this year, I made it a point to revisit Bibibop Grill. As a quick-service Korean restaurant, I was able to choose everything I wanted in a dinner and left a happy camper. Aside from some really tasty choices, I like their cold tea selection as well. If you're looking for something a bit out of the ordinary, I highly suggest this place. Dine in, carry Out and I saw a few delivery divers come and go as I was there, so they have you covered there as well. Lots of parking, most cards and a chill environment.

From the mastermind behind Charley's Cheesesteaks, Bibibop and its "well being" concept is a hit and I hope that this chain will continue to grow throughout the healthy food fast-casual restaurant movement. The staff were super friendly and the restaurant space had a nice layout. The food - was delicious and I did not feel 'heavy' or bloated afterwards. The best part, the food was not too salty and actually had a good amount of flavor. Will definitely be back! Hope you guys expand to the Houston, Texas region.

Visiting North Carolina for the first time for a work trip and after a long morning onsite meeting with a customer I ended up at BIBIBOP for a late lunch at around 2pm. LOCATION: I stayed at the Marriott Courtyard - Crossroads down the street and it was a 10 minute walk! Great location. AMBIANCE: Bright, aesthetic,"healthy" vibes. Pleeenty of space for large groups. SERVICE: I wasn't here during the lunch peak hour, but there was a group of 4 women in front of me ordering their food and only 1 person serving and manning the cashier I loved that another worker stepped up and assisted me right away. It was NOT busy at all and I could've waited, but they went the extra mile. TY! FOOD: I ordered the Steak & Sweet Potato Noodle Bowl and WOW, the portion, the flavor, the veggies, the sauce.. everything was so delicious! The steak wasn't too tough, I think it was just right. I didn't feel like the noodles have a strong sweet potato taste and didn't make me bloated! And the broccoli - not too hard not too soft. And that sauce - yep it had a kick! So heads up here for those that can't handle heat. Even the drink! I had a Hibiscus Lemonade that was so refreshing. It's SOO much food so come all and come hungry! Oh and also this is a gluten free place. Extra points here. I live in Austin and this place reminds me a lot of Chi'lantro, what an awesome gem to have in Cary!

My favorite go-to meal. A bowl from Bibibop never disappoints me. My new go-to bowl is the Korean Beef & Noodle I love Sweet Potato Noodles. The bowl also has Steak, Bean Sprouts, Broccoli, Carrots, eggs, Sesame Seeds, and Gochujang Sauce. Yummy!

BIBIBOP has become my go to for a fast, delicious, and healthy meal! This Korean build-a-bowl restaurant always hits the spot, with it's nice range of protein options (chicken, spicy chicken, organic tofu, steak, Korean bbq beef) and toppings (plenty of veggies, potatoes, eggs, kimchi). All the flavors are great, the veggies are fresh, and the portions are satisfying (I go for the small unless I'm super hungry). The restaurant is always clean, and the staff are always really friendly and helpful. They've been having a shortage of my favorite sauce, gochujang, but they have recently whipped up a new recipe and it's as delicious as ever. Highly recommend!

Fast casual Asian bowls in crossroads! I've seen this concept with a lot of Mediterranean ingredients, but this is my first Asian one. Very clean, modern, and bright inside. The line moved fast when we came around 12:00pm on a Wednesday, however they do have an app for you to order curbside, delivery, or in-store pickup! I didn't know what to get since it was my first time, so I opted for the fan favorite chef curated bowl. It was delicious! Very fresh and healthier option for lunch. My sister put kimchi in her bowl and it was delicious!! I would buy the kimchi alone to eat. Prices are very reasonable, about $10+/- a bowl. Would recommend and come here again for sure. Plenty of parking is available as well since it's at the end of Target's parking lot.

This is a great spot for lunch and has a spacious outdoor seating area. Step right up to the counter and your meal is prepared in front of you as you order. I tried the Bibi Fan Favorite. Dee-lish. Potatoes, corn, chicken, rice, noodles, broccoli, and yum yum sauce. Will be back for sure!

Food was great like usual. But several items were not yet ready when we ordered around 11am. Like Brussel sprouts, potatoes, and salmon etc. Several unprepared items were replenished while we were eating, but the staff never once brought us that items or informed us that...

Went on opening day and loved how everything was set up. For the opening they were giving out bibibop gifts which was pretty cool and we got $5 off our bowl. I got the tofu bowl with the purple rice with pretty much all the ingredients. The bowl itself was very filling and great tofu. I do wish I got more sauce but a future consideration. The miso soup was free but was definitely not very flavorful. Hoping it will be better in the future. Loved how the inside was set up. Plenty of seating and easy parking. Staff was super friendly as well and pretty well organized for opening day. Overall, I like this place and will def be back. A good healthy Korean option. If you use the app you get $5 off the first purchase which is pretty nice as well.

Love this concept! Great to see an Asian (Korean) version of the create-your-bowl meal. Lines were long & they were obviously short staffed but the 3 efficient staff members behind the counter moved the line quickly and efficiently. They were also restocking, doing some prep and taking care of curb-side & online orders. Very impressive!! Food was very good and fresh. I was very pleased with my custom steak bowl. When offered the sesame oil, use it...it'll enhance the flavors. There's free miso soup and some unique lemonade flavors as well. This will become a favorite go-to for us!

Tofu bowl, not on the menu, made my way.
