I'm a fan just cause of the variety and bulk foods I can get here. Always interesting for a look around as you are bound to discover something new. It's set up in warehouse fashion and doesn't have the best look but it always provides and enjoyable visit. Especially the Chocolate room. An airconditioned room holding lots of chocolate goodies and novelties. Just go in and breath all the chocolatey goodness! For shopping for groups it's particularly good as items can be purchased in bulk and if shopping for a school discounts are available. read more

There is nothing special about the look of this place, but there is treasure within. They stock a wide range of the foods, many of which you wouldn't find in a supermarket. (This would be because they cater to the restaurant trade.) There are lots of imported products, particularly European. Whenever we are having a special event this is the first place I go....for ideas, and ultimately to buy some things that are a little different. This place is always busy...but well worth a visit. We go regularly!! read more

I shopped at Bibina for years and was always happy to prices were above average at times but selection was good. However since they have changed hands the selection of food has fallen badly and prices are high, recently we purchased some groceries there one was a large container of mayonnaise after arriving home I noticed that the Mayo was out of date 3 days before my purchase as it was over $14 dollars I took it back staff did not even apologise just walked away had a conversation and then just gave me money back unhappily and moved on did not ask if I wanted to replace it customer service so bad it cost in time and money to take it back but this is the state of this business now so bad this was a great store but now it is so bad we will never go back people I have spoken to has said the same how to ruin a good business. read more
