Specialized in arabic culture, it is a really nice place to read the newspapers, books or even watching a movie. There is also a children's library in front. The surroundings are astonishing, it is impossible that you don't fall off your chair if you happen to visit the cloister. You also have at the end of the library some tables with electric sockets, so you can plug your devices there. Internet is free if you have the library ID. Don't expect super high speed connection, but it works. The staff is kind and helpful and the restrooms are in good cleaning condition. The only problem is that is a small library so, after school is finished it could be difficult to find a free spot.

The Casal Infantil is on the 2nd floor you have to pay €3.20 for a day. You can leave your child and come back before 8pm.

The exterior is so beautiful and resembles a sea creature. He was known to get his inspiration from nature and it shows throughout Casa Batllo. The tour took about an hour. We went early in the day to avoid a long wait time. There are some gift shops in different sections throughout the tour and they also had an option to take a photo on the balcony which was available for purchase. Overall it was a nice experience!

It was a bit crowded when I was there midday so it could be hard to get pictures without people, but it wasn't too bad. It is a beautiful building and I think well worth a visit. Excellent seating and floorplan with 2 levels and ample natural light. Great selection not only of, of course, books but CDs and DVDs too. In short, it's a great resource though overall sorely in need of some new energy and care.
