I got hit head on by a car that crossed into my lane while driving my motorcycle and from the first meeting I knew that Mr. Jones and his Wife Pam we're different than any other injury attorney I had met with previously. He really cares about people and has a huge heart. He would do anything with in the law to help you and make you get what you deserve. He was nice when I met with him and his wife and will say they are very kind people. That's why they get 2 stars instead of one. However, every time I would call about my case I would be told he would call me back and weeks would go by with no return call. Needless to say the many weeks of delays and empty promises on things that he said he would investigate led to nothing on my end. I felt like my case wasn't worth as much money as some of his others so I was but on a back burner. After a couple years of "working" on my file, I requested a copy and realized nothing had been done on the file in over a year. Four months before the 3 year statue of limitations was about to expire he met with me to present a letter to let me know that since he was unable to do anything with my case that he would no longer be representing me.
