I really like this shop, the selection is great, mountain, road, endurance, gravel, kids,…read moree-bikes... they have it all. their major brands are Giant, Merida, Mondraker , and others. The staff is knowledgeable and aren't there to sell the most expensive model on the floor. I have also had real good luck with the service department. Prices are competitive and the work is spot on. Turnaround is pretty quick as well. There are two locations one in Vigo and the other in Poio. Both are full service with full lines of bikes, wheels, and accessories.

On our arrival they talked us through the various routes available to us. We had not booked our tour directly with them, with hindsight I think that would have been a better move given their local knowledge. They made sure that the bikes we were given were adjusted to fit each individual and they gave us the tour of gears and breaks. As a competent rider I know how to change an inner tube, I wonder if I was not would they have shown me how, I give them the benefit of the doubt as they answered all the questions we had. They helped us choose from the 24 routes they have available. Providing guidance on where to stop for lunch or where to go if you wanted a flat off road ride, a mountain road type ride, an easy mountain bike ride or a technical mountain bike ride. The shop has all the biking equipment you would need along water sports equipment. The best thing about the shop absolutely the staff, knowledgable, took the time to talk through routes and never seemed out out by any request, even a last minute change of bike. If you are going to Northern Portugal and you want to ride some trails or road routes these people can help you achieve that!

This is the fantastic spot that JacoTrans sends your post-Camino luggage for storage after you've…read morefinished your journey. We initially planned on sending our luggage forward via Correos, but wouldn't you know it, the day we planned on sending it forward, they were closed for a holiday. So yeah, we freaked out. The super awesome concierge at our hotel in Pamplona came to rescue and told us JacoTrans would pick up our luggage, store it in this spot in Santiago de Compostela for as long as we wanted (We did 32 days), and we'd be all set. You cannot imagine how much they were a godsend! After finishing the Camino from SJPP to Santiago, we went to pick up our luggage and everything was perfect! They wrapped out suitcases, were perfectly stored, and undisturbed throughout our journey. All this and for such a reasonable price! Cannot sing the praises of Tournride and JacoTrans enough.They were incredible! The only way to send and store your stuff while on your Camino! Oh yeah, they run a pretty sweet bike shop, too!

Rented E-Bikes for the El Camino from Porto to Santiago de Compostela. Bikes were delivered on time…read moreto our hotel, but without the promised toolkits-good thing we did not have a flat tire along the way-or the pilgrim's passports-which we had paid extra for, and which we had to buy again ourselves. We also paid to have our bags transported to destination from Porto and they were lost by the courier-MRW. Never did get them while in Spain and had to fly home without them. MRW found them a week after we arrived home, but now, five weeks after being home, neither MRW or Cycling the Camino will step up and do the right thing and ship us our bags. Very disappointed that we now have to hire a local attorney in Spain to assist us in getting our luggage back. Shouldn't be this way.
