Came into this store after reading reviews on Yelp. Decided to give it a try... I Needed help with my daughter's bicycle. An older man was in the store. Very shy and reserved. He regretfully shared that his English was not good. No problem. Once he shared that, I got it. We used only a few words, but we were able to communicate just fine. I thought I would have to buy a tire replacement, but he pointed out that all I needed was a new inner tube. Didn't try to up sell me which I appreciated. Price was very reasonable too. He was thorough in his inspection of the bicycle and proceeded to show, then adjust little things to improve the bike... by adjusting the training wheels, the seat height and aligned the handle bars more. My daughter was ecstatic with the improvements. I had a great experience & will return if I have any other bike related issues. read more

Ever ride your bicycle and as the wind in whipping through your hair you hear a loud pop coming from your rear tire? Yup, you guessed it. I popped my tire. I searched Yelp for a bicycle repair place and this shop spoke to me. The entire process probably took less than 10 minutes. I told the owner what I needed and the price quoted was a lot less than what I was expecting. The owner didn't try to up sell me either. After he replaced my tire, he also inspected it ( I had concerns about the gears) and everything checked out fine. The shop also sells bikes if you need one. So far so good ( I had a long bike ride that evening) and my bike is doing great. read more

I searched Yelp and Google to find a bike repair shop near me. William contacted me after I left a message on his machine, telling me to drop my bike off during certain hours. He is a top-notch bike fixer upper! I had not ridden my bike for about 14 years, but it is a high quality recumbent bicycle. It only took him one day to do a thorough cleaning, lubing, change of tires (the tubes were still good -- what an honest man!), and the total was only $92 with the new tires! I have an older Wheeler mountain bike that the shift cable broke. I took it to Bicycles N More as well as two new tires I needed replaced. He replaced with new controls and cleaned it all up. I took a bike wheel there for a spoke to be replaced. The gentleman quoted me a very fair price and it only took him 10 minutes to complete. Nice selection of what appears to be used bikes but none-the-less, he had some very nice looking bikes for sale, along with a small assortment of bike accessories. I highly recommend this shop to get your bike worked on. I have a bike shop that was very close to where I live in Marietta, but was quoted an exorbitant amount to do the same work, so I drove the few the few extra miles to go to Bicycles N More. Not only was his prices great but there also wasn't the long wait like some of the shops we had called. He was knowlegeable, professional and helpful. Quick review: Professional, honest, knowledgeable, fair-priced. Selection is variable based on timing I imagine; we had a great experience. Added plus is family-owned, local biz. More detail: Excellent experience by phone and in-store. I called ahead and spoke with William; I shared what I was looking for and he advised of a few options he had. We came in a couple of hours later and was greeted with a hello and "I'll be right with you" and when he finished up with the previous customer (less than 5 min), William greeted us. Long story short - he had the bikes he described on the phone, and quite a few more. He checked out the bikes (adjusted seats, ensured tires were properly inflated), talked with us about bike features and what had been replaced/renewed, and both of my 10-year-old boys hopped on one for a test ride. We tried about four in total and before purchasing, I decided to look at bicycles for me. We left with three excellent bicycles (two Trek and one Giant), properly inspected and ready for their next lives with new owners. I've already referred two friends! read more

I had a great experience with Bicycles N'More (Franklin Rd., Marietta Ga.). I had an older bike that desperately needed servicing, so I called the number here posted on Google, and spoke to William. Because he apparently lives close to me, and because I don't have a bike rack on my car, he was willing to stop by and have a look at the problem on my bike (back wheel and cassette wobbling). He loaded it on his car and took it to his shop. I asked him what bikes he had in stock, and he said that although they are primarily focusing on servicing bikes, and not selling bikes at this point in time, he still had a couple bikes available. I ended up going with a Specialized Hardrock hybrid that he had, and I traded in my old bike towards it. I love the new bike! It is a great quality for the money, and William dropped it off at my house, using his own bike rack (since agian, I don't have one). Great experience! read more
