Only after sending 5 emails did I receive my remainder 6 hours worth of money. I asked for a full refund including my 6 hours used, however it was ignored. This BSM centre is located quite centrally in Bedford town, near to Poundland for those that don't…read moreknow where it is. I learnt with BSM last year and visited the centre many times. My first meeting with them was when I booked my simulator lessons - it really is good fun and we are lucky to have it in Bedford. At £7.50 an hour, it is a lot cheaper than a 'real' driving lesson, you don't have to be 17 to enjoy it and it really improves your confidence. Sometimes I found the staff to be a little rude or dismissive but on the whole I found the BSM centre a helpful place. They did tend to shut earlier than the time said on the door but this was our only real problem with them.
