The fare includes unlimited pancakes and the ship ride, but not the drinks (no free water) I bought a deal for half off on Groupon. It's a fun experience as you sail across Rotterdam. The dock location is conveniently in front of the Euromast. In the cold December weather, it was nice and cozy in the ship. The pancakes were good. There are three columns of shelves restocked from the kitchen on the backside: plain, apple, and bacon pancakes. As per the European way, there is no free water or drinks. As long as you level your expectations, it's a comfortable lovely way to see Rotterdam.

Finally she gave me a phone and I spoke to 'some person' (maybe it was a manager, I don't know) but the conversation was terrible. He interrupted me all the time. My wife became nervous and tired so I decided to quit their office. I put this feedback and I will not proceed further. People are different so we decided to leave this situation like that so you can all read it and make your own choice. By the way, we saw other passengers complaining about the same problem, but it may be that they will remain silent. However the food was unlimited and good, but you will face a huge traffic during the first half of the cruise. All drinks are NOT free, including water.

Basically, you grab a paddle go kart, called a skelter in Dutch, and make your way around a miniature traffic park. And who says it's only fun for kids? The house in the hill: This indoor playground is made to look like grandma and grandpa's home and uses the child's imagination of it's fantastic play potential. It has secret passageways, crazy bathroom parties, trampolines, and more. This definitely is the ultimate indoor playground. Swan boats: There's something about sitting in a plastic swan and floating on a lake with good company. Our favorite game was to race the other swans on the lake. Word of warning: this activity can be exhausting for those paddling. Children can spend an entire day at this park and still feel the need to return for more. Activities/rides: swan paddle boats, many indoor and outdoor play grounds, splash ride, train ride, outdoor pool, boat ride, go-kart traffic garden, zoo, raft ride, walking gardens, gnome forest, merry-go-round, zip line, and I'm sure more.
