The owner (Jamie) is blatantly a racist person. After I complained about his clerk (Kyle) being rude and racist to me; he answered by being rude and racist himself and accusing me of lying without bothering to investigate and find out the facts. He is one of those small minds; If you have an innate sense of justice, stay away from this racist, hate filled individual. Gyms owned by decent people are everywhere. Thank God! Also, I got charged double price for 5 months; when I asked the owner (Jamie) about it; he got rude about it and said, "We are going to fix it; anything else?" Everyone seems to mind their own business and aren't busy hovering over machines, pressuring you to finish you your sets faster than you have planned for. The saunas are the biggest difference, I like enjoying the Edmond locations most, N.May and South OkC are so dim lit and cramped, creeky wood, old dial machines, doesn't really feel relaxing or give you enough space to stretch your arms or legs, Edmond's location also has a private tanning room and a kids play place, big wins with those but S. OkC does have a little 'shop' for all of your gym beverage and edible needs, so that's convenient.

If she was the manager she could have easily saw my name in the system for door access. I felt uncomfortable, unwelcome and unwanted. I told her my name was john smith because it wasn't her business what my name is, I'm married, ma'am. I got fed up with her intrusion that I give her my key card so she can see with the key belongs to and showed my retired military ID and State ID; since she was accusing me of using someone else's else key card. At that time, the service and treatment I received was very disappointing and distasteful, that I didn't want the key card back but the 3 days later, I had returned because my wife called the manager for me to resolve the situation.
