I approached one of the guys and just asked him to look at where the debris landed on my property. It was PILES of old pines covering everything. It was a big mess. They both agreed that this was a mess and that it was their job to correct it. They APOLOGIZED!These two young men were so polite and accommodating, I was disarmed. They assured me that they would clean the whole thing up. And you know what? THEY DID! Happily! They jumped right in and grabbed all the debris and bagged it and it weighed a ton! They were proud of the work they did. What impressed me most is that I truly felt that it was as important to THEM as it was to ME that the job was done right. They checked with me several times to see that it was ok and DID I SEE ANYTHING ELSE THEY COULD DO ? Ontime, Friendly, High Quality Work, & Reasonable Prices Previously I worked for Aerospace as a Manufacturing Engineer and am currently a Quality Engineer for the Medical Industry. Our gutters were put in with the proper pitch and they were adjusted so that the top of the gutter is flat. To do this a wedge is required for the mounting. This ensures that the water does not spill over during heavy rains. Additonal Splash guards were installed with out asking. Great Job.
