I'm so glad that a friend of mine told me to check this school out for our little girl. From the…read morefirst day that she started in September of 2015, I've felt as though we've made the right choice for her. This is a Christian school which I LOVE!! Because of the chapel experiences and incorporating lessons about the Bible, she has formed her own relationship with God. She loves him and prays to him and it just fills my heart up with joy! Miss Vivian, Miss Melina, all of the teachers (Miss Ellen, Miss Toni, Miss Lynn, Miss D, Miss Gail) and staff are wonderful and caring. The energy is positive and it's definitely our little girl's second home to the point where she wants to stay even after being there all day. This is my 1st child and it was really a challenge for her and myself to drop her off on the first day, but this school made that transition much easier and I appreciate all of them for being such a great part of my child's life. We will miss everyone when she transitions to Kindergarten this fall. I would highly recommend this school to anyone!

And then we came to Crossroads! Mr. Doug took my husband and I on a tour - and that's where we met Ms. Toni! She had a fun, loving, upbeat personality with a genuine love for the kids. She scooped up my son and involved him right away! He absolutely loved her class! She infused each day with a great balance of age-appropriate learning and play. Her energy made that room fun! While I worked, I was at ease knowing my son was cared for :) I felt as if every day my son came home knowing something new! The other teachers in that room - Ms. Angela and Ms. Nancy - are amazing as well! Since that time, my son has grown and transitioned to a new room - where he also seems quite happy! The staff at Crossroads are warm and friendly! The facility is clean and always decorated with children's work. My son's favorite activity is the gymnastic program that comes to the school! Highly recommend!

The teachers are caring, patient, and truly attentive to each child's needs. The environment is always clean, safe, and full of positive energy. I would especially like to thank Mr. Tariq, the owner, for his outstanding leadership. He is kind, professional, and clearly dedicated to creating a nurturing space for children and peace of mind for parents. I am very grateful for the love and support my daughter received every day. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a trustworthy and caring place.

I feel compelled to share a more candid perspective based on my wife Dana's recent experience as a…read moredirector at this school. Dana is a highly experienced, deeply principled professional who poured her heart into this role. She was consistently praised by families for her leadership and the genuine care she brought to the school community. Unfortunately, her time here was marked by persistent professional undermining from ownership. Over time, support from leadership--particularly from Rick--deteriorated to the point of complete silence, making it extremely difficult for her to carry out her responsibilities. This was not just discouraging; it was incredibly undermining and unsustainable. While many of the positive reviews may reflect genuine experiences, it's also important to consider that current staff and families can feel pressure to remain silent or offer only praise. My intent is not to disparage, but to offer a fuller picture of the internal culture--one that, in our experience, lacks transparency, professionalism, and respect for the very individuals who work tirelessly to support the children. I sincerely hope Rick and Rena reflects on the treatment of their leadership and take steps to foster a more respectful, accountable environment. Families deserve to know that the people entrusted with their children are also supported and valued. Good luck to you guys in your future at the schools you have- it is to my understanding that you will absolutely need it.
