Just an amazing job they did here today - meticulous in every way, and focused in their work - did a perfect job on all 16 panes of these big glass windows. These gentlemen are experts. They were also courteous, conscientious from start to finish and extra careful (they even wore special foot slippers for floors indoors, and were very careful and attentive). Their equipment and supplies were great, including just the right cleaner for special double-pane glass. Today's job was for all windows of a beautiful garden duplex which has a "wall of glass feel", that I am marketing for sale - they transformed the whole feel of the place with the job done today. I've been a Real Estate broker for quite a few years and have worked in property management for quite a few more - and I can't think of a better window cleaning company to use. Two very professional young men arrived when Big Apple Window Cleaning said they would and proceeded efficiently and quickly to clean my windows to a beautiful, clean shine. They didn't waste a moment but also didn't cut any corners on my windows exceeding all my expectations. They are also smart and pleasant and committed to safety, which is important to me. My building, a cooperative, is very fussy about the proper insurance and requires appropriate documentation. Big Apple filed the paperwork and met my building's very high standards. She booked my appointment at a time convenient for me. I was able to call a couple of hours ahead to get a more specific ETA. They were punctual, efficient, neat, and tidy. And super nice and polite! I have used this Big Apple window washing service since 2011. they are excellent..the men are polite, efficient, effective. Vadim has been to my apartment more than once. It's always a 2 man team..this week accompanied by Louis. They cover areas where they work, they bring their own shoe covers (don't have to use my supply!) Be sure to arrange to have not only windows (glass) washed but outside wood or aluminum. Otherwise glass will get dirty at first rain. Somehow, companies think washing windows is just glass!?! We have used this company for several years and they always do an excellent job. Our tilt-in windows are very tall, heavy, and somewhat delicate. Cleaning them requires caution and expertise.
