The kale slaw that comes with it is really tasty too, especially when heaped on to the bun to eat! The meat was succulent, tasty and delicious! The ribs were a bit of a let down, in truth. They were a little fibrous and dry, so the flavours were decent but the texture of the meat left much to be desired. This was redeemed by the fries, which came with the chips & dip platter. They seemed to be made in house as they were skin on, fresh and tasty. They tasted rustic and flavourful, which I could really apprecjate. The chips & dip platter featured mini pots of fresh, tangy sour cream for dipping and piquant salsa which seems simple, but were of substantial quality, making them perfect accompaniments to the crisp tortilla chips and crispy, fluffy skin on fries. It was served with a delightful creamed corn and I got the peppered version. I regret getting the peppered version but it was still good. The three sauces served with the steaks were bernaise, garlic, and BBQ. We both preferred the garlic. The variety was nice to have though.
