When in Jersey you eat like you from Jersey and not a tourist. Better yet, you don't ask for a sub and settle for less. I love the location ( good & easy parking). I'm greeted by the smell of pastrami and grilled onions. I tried a small loaded steak & cheese. I watched the man add the lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, and toasted the bread... I'm like ok you have the right ingredients but what about the taste. As I took my first bite, a smile of contentment crossed my face! Yea buddy, you know what you doing! I know I asked fir a small but my stomach said half is all you need to be full and I listened. No need to over indulge when I can enjoy part 2 later on. I have bookmarked this sub shop for my next visit. There are more eye catching subs waiting to be conquered!!

I ordered my food to go and it was ready when I got there. The place was clean and put together. The service was fine so no issues there. I ordered and Italian hot dog and it was really good. It had a little too much potatoes, so I couldn't eat it all. All in all everything was good.

I can't believe this sandwich .. just horrible .. I would not even serve this to my pet ... ridiculous and you guys should be ashamed as a business to let food go out to the Uber driver like this! You have just lost another customer!

I was in Linden for a funeral and got to the train station an hour early. I'd never been to Linden, so I walked down to Wood Avenue in search of lunch and happened upon Big Blue Subs. I'm glad I did. The first thing that hit me was how sparkling clean the place was. The second thing was that they had Italian hot dogs, a delicacy unobtainable in Brooklyn and one I hadn't had in over 40 years. For the uninitiated, an Italian hot dog is a deep-fried beef hot dog (two if you're ordering a double as I did) smothered in grilled peppers and onions and topped with 1/2" thick deep-fried potato discs all nestled in a pillowy-soft pizza roll. I ordered a double and was told to take a seat at one of the sparkling clean tables and it would be brought out to me. My first impression was that this is one huge meal. I started in on the potato discs. The were nicely crispy outside and soft and nearly creamy inside. they were, despite being deep-fried, decidedly not greasy. Once I got through them, I started to eat the double dogs smothered in onions and peppers in that soft, fluffy roll. Despite being famished when I walked through the door, I couldn't get more than halfway through my perfect double Italian hot dog before I had to throw in the towel. I've had more than a few Italian hot dogs in my mis-spent youth, and they were usually soggy, greasy, delicious messes. My Big Blue Subs Double Italian Hot Dog was absolute perfection, It was not greasy, it was not soggy and even the potatoes were perfectly fried, but not greasy. If I'm ever back in Linden, I will definitely return!

Went there today for then first time to try their tuna fish sandwich. It was very good and I wasn't disappointed! I wish they made a smaller size because even the 6 inch was too big for me (the reason I gave it 4 stars). How about a kid size sandwich (3 inches)? Just a suggestion! :) I would definitely go back! They have a new location two doors down from where they use to be. They have long hours and a great menu with a variety of delicious-sounding sandwiches. The guys working there were very nice. They have a few tables to eat there, but most people pick up food and leave (from what I witnessed when I was there). They cater and you can order ahead.

These sandwiches will literally change your life. There were so many options I couldn't decide. Finally went with the sausage parmigiana and the chicken club with a side of fries and it did not disappoint. Looking forward to coming back and checking out their cold subs!

    Amazing cheesesteaks!

Food is great. Place is really small. Their ham tastes fresh, and the bread is never hard. Everyone is very friendly.

(1) The online prices are different than the actual prices. The lady's answer, "It must be an old menu." Not my problem, but you charged me more for every single item, so maybe it is my problem. I asked for a new menu- they didn't have one. Come on,now.....I guess so you can keep ripping your customers off (2) They don't tell you on the phone it is cash only. So you either have to leave and go to a bank or ATM that doesn't charge or pay the $2.25 fee, which sucks. (3) The food- I paid $30.75. I got 3 carnita tacos, 2 chicken tacos, the taco platter (4 ground beef tacos), 2 empanadas (beef) and rice and beans. The price sounds okay, right? NOOOOOOOOOO. GREASE CITY. THE GREASIEST MOST OILY FOOD I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. DISGUSTING TO OPEN THE PACKAGES AND ALL THERE IS ...IS GREASE ALL OVER MY HANDS, MAKING THE HARD SHELL AND SOFT SHELLS SOGGY AS EVER. What a disgrace to the art of cooking to have so much friggin grease. I could've went to White Diamond if I wanted to eat food that was going to give me a stomach ache. I am so very angry. I just called the place but they're conveniently closed. I wanted to bring this food back and tell them to eat it esp Bc the lady wasn't that polite. I'm attaching pictures so you can see that I am not exaggerating. At this point, it doesn't even matter what the taste of the food was, because I felt like I just bought from an expensive fast food place. I should've went to Taco Bell, but I wanted authentic tacos and the reviews from all these people really made me think it was good here. Bianca's - really bad business to serve people food with grease dripping everywhere. I don't think you care much about your customer's satisfaction, otherwise you would have a NEW UPDATED MENU ONLINE and you would never subject anyone to a heart attack w all this grease. Needless to say - I ate the hard shell tacos. Threw the soft shells out and used my own tortillas empanadas right to the trash can. I have a stomach ache and so does my bf. Just-from the hard shell tacos. First and very last time I spend any of my hard earned money here again. And Bianca's - I'll send you the bill for my dry cleaning since the ridiculous amount of grease dripped all over my shirt.

Had the chance to meet "The Boss" Gilda and her son Joe as well as the rest of the very friendly and helpful staff here. We tried a plethora of things so this may take a minute haha. Started off with two stuffed breads - A Reuben as well as a Pepperoni roll. The Reuben had a great flavor and the bread itself was tasty. It was slightly odd in my mind to eat a Reuben without grilled rye, but I enjoyed this. The pepperoni stuffed bread was also good and was even better with the addition of some sauce (they called it gravy and I thought I was in trouble haha). After that we were hit with some delicious Italian items including their house made meatballs, Italian sausage and peppers, and chicken Parmesan. The meatballs were just rated #1 in Central Jersey and #2 in the entire state of NJ at the Pizza Bowl a few months back. I could see why. Very tender, perfectly seasoned, and again that sauce/gravy was killer. To be honest though, I may have enjoyed the sausage even more! I mentioned how I didn't get hit with that typical overwhelming pop from fennel seed and Joe said they make it with ground fennel so the flavor is still there but it's not so in your face. I loved, and I mean loved, this sausage. The chicken parm was also very good but I had a small piece because I knew what was coming next! We finished off by trying two sandwiches that Iorio is well known for. The first was "The Jocelyn" which was a roast beef and Swiss melt on an onion roll, and the second was "The Sloppiest Joe" which was a North NJ staple "sloppy joe" but in epic proportions. The Jocelyn had good flavor and the onion roll was a nice touch and change of pace. The sloppiest Joe is sitting inside the top 3 I've had probably ever. The meats were freshly sliced and piled high, the rye was super fresh, and the Cole slaw had get flavor and added welcomed creaminess to the sandwich. As if there was any doubt at all - Iorio Deli in Roselle Park, NJ - Didn't Suck!
