I dont expect any special treatment but the gun was dear to me and they never once cared all that was offered was reimbursement for my payments which was nothing near the value of the firearm. At this point im not really sure what options i have other than chalk up the loss. Secondly they seriously have no clue how to run the software within their business. Looking back they continuously overcharged me 15, 30 bucks a payment.
