Horrible business, the guys here overcharged for their items and will give you pennies on a dollar for what your items are worth doesn't matter if it's a 900 security system does not matter if it's a shitload of ammo ,, or even diamonds to gold which are all things I've sold here they will still give you pennies on the dollar expect 25 bucks for something that's $900. It's a waste of time if you want to make more money back in your pocket post or marketplace please do not support this scammer business there's other businesses in Rogers that provides a little bit more money than Big brother's pawn but in all of Northwest Arkansas I have had nothing but issues with this place and I finally told myself that I would never come back here. I don't typically pawn my items but I already know not to trust someone that comes to partying them if you're going up there to get rid of something just sell it cuz if you pawn it chances are likely nine times out of 10 they're going to put it on the floor to get sold even if you are there on time to pick your item up they're just too stupid to have things organized in the back. I have a buddy of mine who works there who tells me all the time how they just laugh about s*** that they're going to go ahead and put on the floor because the dude was a dick head or how they're going to lowball a guy on an item just because they can. Impressed! Greeted at the door by a nice lady who offered free popcorn. Attached is a tobacco shop that also sells cold sodas. Browsed the entire shop, and for the entire 20 - 30 minutes, felt very comfortable and recognized. Many shops watch you like a potential shoplifter and aren't very enthusiastic about product questions. Not these folks. Great selection of electronics and musical instruments. Great tool selection as well. I'm a watch fan, and though they had some, they are thin on high end watches. Great shop. read more

Until recently, I never had a problem with these folks. That has since changed! Went in today to pick up a layaway and found that it had been returned to stock without so much as a phone call and was sold to someone else. Then was told that we had "defaulted" on agreement and had forfeited what we had paid on this layaway and were not refunded on what we had paid on this layaway. Pretty sorry business practice if you ask me! I have bought items there on several occasions but I can promise I will NOT do any more business with them!
