My husband didn't even trust her anymore to have her in our home. He thought she might case our house. I just gave up. Out $345 and no cleaning and, even though she said she would refund, she never did and blocked me. LESSON: If they can't take a credit card or payment on the day they arrive to do the work, find someone else.

She told us it would be July! I do NOT recommend PG. Poorly managed, not much for a warranty, and the coating product they sold us didn't make it a full year! Ugh..
