Mr. Santos Gomez and his crews took wonderful care of the original longleaf pine floors and wooden walls. They repaired and patched all of the wood, feathering it in with reclaimed old pine that they sourced locally. They painted the walls, and restored and polyurethaned the old floors. Thoughtful work, completed on schedule, for reasonable pricing. The only (small) cost overrun was because some of the wood patching was more extensive than anticipated, and Mr. Gomez communicated with us clearly when that happened. The crews and Mr. Gomez were very kind, efficient, and helpful-- a joy to be around. The farmhouse is now beautiful and authentic. We definitely will call Mr. Gomez for our next job.
