The instructors are highly proficient and good at teaching what they know. From teenage girls to old guys like me everyone is treated with respect and a growth mindset. Very kind and supportive culture which is important when you are choking and throwing your classmates.

Furthermore, he is able to bring his knowledge of other styles (eskrima and capoeira, for example) and incorporate them into the more traditional adult classes.
