As a new mommy Ive found myself becoming a procrastinator so with a March of Dimes event quickly approaching I waited until 3 days before the event to inquire on tshirts for my family to support this event. I searched and called a few companies only to be disappointed and discouraged. I found Big Frog online, called them and to my surprise there was no minimum order required, no graphic designer fees and most of all they could have my order in time. The BEST was hearing there was even a onesie available for my 9-month son to wear, this just warmed my heart! I knew I had to work with this company! I worked with the designer for two days and the day before the event I had my shirts in hand, perfectly printed! Their team stayed until after closing time to ensure my shirts were in perfect condition. Even midway thru they noticed some "lines" that even I couldnt tell but they insisted to fix it. I was so impressed because it was way after closing time and they were not rushing and instead paying close attention to detail. I will definitely be using them for my son's 1st birthday party. I knew about this business and recommended to people I ran into even though I never had reason to use this business but it is kind of tucked away in a corner so some people didn't know they were there. But I always heard good things about them. Recently I used them and BOY WHAT A GREAT PLACE!!!!!! Some company sent me a card advertising a custom shirt but it had a deadline in order to purchase one and I never did. They were over priced and you had to pay shipping to boot. I went to Big Frog in Cumming they were wonderful. They looked at the example I had from the other place and improved it greatly, they made it look much cooler than the other place, the colors were perfect. Even during the Christmas Season it was all done in about 48 hours. They do what they say IE: email for your approval and call you when it's ready you couldn't ask for better customer service. I get excellent custom work by courteous, professional staff. They have always been willing to work with me to create designs that fit exactly what I want. Particularly I like that their shirts do not have the rubberized feel at the design area but rather still feel soft.
