My t-shirt was printed on the wrong size and had to be reprinted on the correct size. Although the manager quickly tried to remedy the situation (I was under a time crunch), I felt that they should have offered a discount as well. When I asked for the discount the manager tried to play off the mistake like I would understand mistakes my students would make. However this is a business, not a school. Even at a restaurant they would have given me a discount on my order for making a mistake. This is my first time having Big Frog do a project for me. I went because of the good reviews. I do not live near the shop so I had to spend gas and time making two roundtrips to get my shirt. I am disappointed and will not be returning. read more

I decided to tackle some of my 'bookmarked to review' places. AND update some of my older reviews. I've sent some other people here and they came back with some complaints - so I've found another vendor that I typically use - that isn't in a brick and mortar building - so his costs are cheaper and turn around is typically faster. Admittedly - I'm going through some things - family illness right now - so I can be a little moody, irritable, testy, what have you . . . lol . . . but my falling out of love with this place - I think is justified. The manager has gotten testy with me on occasion. And though she did apologize, it really left a bad taste in my mouth. Also - the pricing doesn't seem consistent* - and the staff ignores some of my most basic requests (as in . . . please, if you have questions, email me . . . instead of calling because I'll be at chemo with my Dad . . . and they call any way). Oh well. No one's perfect! Because I've had people private message me to ask - I think this is on their website - but here's the 'alleged' price list: White, 1 side printing - $15.99 White, 2 side printing - $20.99 Bring in your own shirt to have printed - $16.00 (this is not a typo - they said they have to spend considerable time on set-up) All prices subject to change based on fabric, style and size of shirt!!! read more

I had a very small order and the young man did not offer to ask for help to see if my order for one item could be filled by a particular timeline. I am not sure how this place has received 4-5 stars when know one acknowledge my presence. I walked around and it isn't much to the store. It's a small area with a few t shirts on the wall. I saw one lady ( assumed she is an employee) and a gentlemen. They were both talking to one and only other customer in the store. I am NOT being unreasonable to say they could have given me eye contact for a second to say, welcome and they'd help me in a bit. Nope! They were both focused on this one lady. Apparently they ruined her shirts and had to do them over for her at no charge. However, she was responsible for furnishing the shirts again. After hearing the conversation I moseyed on to another establishment that would probably help me. It's weird how anyone can carry themselves in such a manner. It is really difficult for me to ignore someone in my presence. Especially if the person is a customer. read more

Very upset. After our original plans for shirts were cancelled by vendor last minute we turned to Big Frog for help. We asked over 3 times about the t-shirt quality and if the shirts were already pre shrunk or not. We were told they were pre shrunk so I didn't have to worry. We spent almost $80 on Birthday shirts for my son's 4th birthday! I washed them before his party and assumed I didn't have to worry about them shrinking... We went to wear them and they shrunk so much my husband couldn't even wear his shirt ... Talk about disappointed. I reached out to the company 3 times and left voicemail and Noone even bothered to return my call. It's pretty disappointing when you rely on the staff to be honest, especially with a simple issue. If I knew they could possibly shrink I could of ordered a size bigger to avoid not having our yearly Birthday shirts for our sons special day! Never again will I purchase from you nor will I ever recommend your business. read more

I looked this place up on Yelp. Started not to order due to the mixed review. But, decided to proceed since this place is near my house and convenient. We tried to order 8 shirts for a 13 YO Bday fishing tournament. Thought it would be a fun idea! There was a buy 3 get one free offer on their website. We sent an email. No acknowledgement. Called to follow up. Michael took the order, confirmed the receipt of the email and then passed us off to Lisa to ring up the order. 4 times it took her to finally get the cc info correct. However, Michael didn't tell her that we were looking for the website offer. She charged the incorrect amount. We called back to get a correction to the order. They would not correct it and actually cancelled the order. This owner/business clearly has no concept of customer service. I like to try to support local businesses - even as a franchise - but will not be doing business here. As a side note, we contacted the Big Frog in Cumming and had a wonderful experience. read more

I love this place. They are very nice, helpful and professional. They lady took her time with me on the design and emailed it to me to proof the same day. I went in on a Thursday. They said my shirt wouldn't be ready until Monday morning. I needed it for Monday but took the chance anyway. It was actually ready Saturday. It was perfect. read more

Quality of t-shirt is thicker than I expected. The print is sharp and the ironing is precise. The sizes are neither too small or too big. Turnaround after providing the file that had my design was so fast (1 business day), it amazed my friends who got the t-shirts (another company in Alpharetta needed 3-5 business days). This is NOT screen printing. If you value your company logo, find a place that does real screen printing. I had a few t-shirts made to see how they would come out, they looked like they had been sitting in the sun for six months.... brand new. This is more of a novelty shop with a cheap printer and interns that like to show off their photo shop skills. read more
