so sad to leave this review. this place used to be great. they have made some management changes…read moreand this place is horrible. i called about using some artwork that they had of ours for embroidery for special order shirts that i had. the person that does the embroidery came out and looked at shirts. she said no problem. i asked her about the material of the shirts and explained they were very expensive shirts and didnt want to ruin them..she assure me they would be ok..i picked them up, the letter is off centered by over and inch. the chest logo goes into my armpit and the material puckered and looks wrinkled. was told by Vicky Roberts that they should have never done the shirts cause that material doesnt handle any embroidery. they refunded the embroidery but left me with 4 - $90 shirts that are trash...this place will never make it with this new management.

I wrote to ask about lack of contrast in printing on my shirts and why only the youth shirt had the correct contrast. I then called and was screened by the receptionist and sent straight to voice mail. All day and I haven't received a call I place because of an email sent to me that didn't even address my issues, nor offer any resolution. Here is my final response to the company: It would have been nice to talk with you today. Seeing as I haven't received a call back since 11:00 a.m., I figure I will not. I'd been a customer of Shirtwell since 2019, having purchased orders for two aspects of my business. During my recent order process, I learned that Shirtwell had been sold and is under new management. Yet, I still decided to give your company a chance. My interactions with Tiffany during the order and account reestablishment process proceeded very professional. She answered my questions and removed any concerns that this order would be processed correctly and efficiently. However, when I have a concern with my order, I receive back a response from your company using an exclamation point in your response. When I wrote to you, your company, I didn't proceed that way and, I'm not going to do so now. I will hope that you'll at least learn that that is never acceptable in business dealings. I was only asking why only the youth shirt has the appropriate contrasting ink color when you can't even read the text from two feet away on the other 55 items I ordered. In addition, I've never had to wash t-shirts prior to distributing them to the participants. However, I did wash one shirt and the text is no longer "milky" in appearance but still doesn't have good contrast. No need to respond to this email, as I'll make sure to post my response on Yelp so others can see and inform my community of the poor customer service I received from the CEO of Ideal Images, Morgan. In hindsight, I see that you also have a poor Better Business Bureau rating as well.
