He showed up an hour late in a broke down car with a "friend" and no tools even though he assessed what he would need the week before. They looked dirty and like they had a rough night partying the night before. Then left to go to Ace despite the fact the dresser came with tools and I also have my own. They left and then 2 hours later I messaged him I have plans and needed to leave. He showed back up and wanted to take the dresser to his "shop" and return in a few hours. Over a 3 day period he made up excuses on why it was taking so long, including telling me his uncle went to the hospital and died! He told me the dresser was built that day, then the next said there was missing instructions and took another day, then he said parts were missing and he had to "fabricate parts". Over these 3 days me and my kids dad tried telling him to just bring the dresser back and how uncomfortable I was. He would not bring it back until he was done. Once returned and he was paid, I moved the dresser and it fell apart. He did a ton of damage and then tried to glue it together hoping it would stay. I requested a refund and he refused to make it right and started insulting me and telling me it's my fault because I moved it. It was brand new in a box, I should be able to move it, with out it falling apart. Now I'm left to try and report him while being out $500 as a single mom. This was sooo wrong! Do not trust him!

They were great at the beginning, flagging everything, providing estimates, and submitting for permits in a timely manner. However, once permits were received, it was very difficult to get them out to the property to complete the job. They repeatedly told me that they would come out a certain day and then wouldn't show up, left the site a mess and held up the build since they took 5+ months to get the water hooked up. After months of fighting with them to complete a simple project, I decided to have another contractor do the site cleanup and test pit fill from the septic and was told by Shay that would be fine, she would just bill me for what has been completed and that it wasn't worth her time to travel to Sisters from La Pine anyway. All in all, I would not recommend this company moving forward and it was a very frustrating experience.

They were pretty…read morebooked, but said they would move us up on their schedule if the weather was bad (since most of their work was exterior and we wanted interior). It seemed like it was impossible, but the next morning we woke up to dark rainy skies and a call from Lewis! They had the paint and were on their way! We were beyond thrilled! (So great to get it done before we moved anything in!) They were so efficient, courteous, and friendly! The house had been painted a variety of wild DARK colors, so some of the walls had to be primed but they took it in stride and got it done in just a couple of days. Lewis the owner, was amazing. He came back and made sure we were happy, he touched up details himself, and even brought in a crew to be sure everything was cleaned up before we moved the furniture in. He knew local people who he could refer us to for any special work we needed done, and honestly, his cost was very reasonable. We have given his name and cards out to many people -- he is a pleasure to work with, and a good guy that you might just be fishing next to here in Central Oregon!
