Example I was charged $600 for a 1.5 hour repair to a water line and on a previous service call I was charged over $400 total for a wax ring replacement on a toilet and a new supply line(which was billed at $119) and only took an hour to complete. Once again service is 2 thumbs up but pricing not so much I always leave feeling a little gouged!

I thought I needed new gutters but this guy was SO honest he said my gutters were fine I only needed to add the guards . He found the leak & added a new attic fan ( mine wasn't turning ) and fixed that too. I was impressed bc he did exactly what he said , he didn't try to upgrade me or oversell - this is an honest business - he could have done the gutters - I thought I needed, but he didn't . The quality of the gutter guards was good , he did a great job and was thorough. The cost was more than fair imho . He doesn't speak fluent English but it was no barrier - his wife interpreted during the estimate. He came to do the work on time & could understand me with no problem . I highly recommend this company .

I was driving the other day and I saw a Kirby DVC truck - there is a caption on the truck that says…read moresomething similar to: Clothes taking too long to dry in your dryer? And I thought: Yes, the towels are taking forever to dry. So I snapped a picture of the telephone number on the truck and contacted Kirby DVC later that day. I spoke with the Owner and we made arrangements to have the dryer vent cleaned ASAP. Even though I've faithfully cleaned the dryer filter in the dryer, the vent leading off the house was kinda almost full. So, the Technician vacuumed out the dryer plus he thoroughly cleaned the vent. First of all, Praise God for His protection, AND secondly, I'm grateful for the nice gentlemen with Kirby DVC, because everything's working very well now. In fact, I plan on doing this again next year.
