Absolutely disgusting!!!! The fact this selfish company gives an ETA of 30 minutes over 3+ hours…read moreago. The rude service provider didn't communicate or anything. The guy on the phone who calls me 3 hours later states "I guess everybody before me with this company passed the buck and dropped the ball so I'll be there in 1.5 hours". The pure unreliable, poor customer service, and selfish actions deserves 0 stars. I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life. What a terrible company and the pure disrespect to a customer is unacceptable. I don't even care to read a response or hear an excuse. Take accountability and fix your business. BE WARNED!!!! THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE AND SAD. My camper axle broke while I was traveling solo across the country--far from home and facing a situation that could have left me stranded for weeks. What could have been a nightmare became something completely different thanks to Gary, Ryan, and the entire team. From my very first phone call, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. As a solo female traveler, I immediately felt safe, looked after, and respected. They didn't just do their job--they took responsibility for helping me find a real solution. What would have taken three weeks to fix with a factory-ordered part, they resolved with a creative, high-quality, and safe alternative, and at a very fair and honest price. They even went the extra mile to work with my warranty company, something most shops wouldn't bother with. Communication was excellent throughout--clear, prompt, and compassionate. The office itself was clean and welcoming, which matters. It shows that they care about your comfort. What impressed me even more was hearing from local residents that this business has been a trusted part of the community for over 30 years.
