I called them and within a couple of days they came out on Thurs, gave me a quote (and a VERY fair quote), and were here Saturday to cut the tree down. They started at 7:30 and were done w/ the tree by 11 and done grinding the stump by around 11:15-11:30. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. I know there are only 8 reviews, but there's a reason they have a 5.0 rating.

I called 1 more time and left a message but never received a return call. I have decided to get more estimates after wasting 1 month waiting on Odom's Tree service. They may be good at their profession (I will never know) but what they need is to keep their word of honor and good customer service. It has been more than 1 month since the initial estimate and Odom's Tree Service has yet to contact me. If you pick Odom's, I hope you have better luck.
