Well, i recently became very ill and have been diagnosed with lupus and two blood disorders. My doctors here were curious if I had any previous symptoms. I wrote a letter to Dr Nemec asking him if he would be so kind as to check if he had the time. I told him I understood if he didn't because doctors are very busy and I haven't been a patient of his for some time. He sent me back the nicest letter! Checked what he could and said he is having more of my files checked. Just the fact he took a little look and took the time to write me a response made me very happy. I mean, who does that? Dr. Otis was very quick to ask what's wrong without any introductions and had a rather frigid bedside manner. She recommended Mucinex and Benadryl (which she has been doing for a week) and said if that didn't fix it to call back after the weekend for a prescription. My wife spent the weekend coughing and hacking to the point where she didn't sleep at all. When I called the clinic the lady on the phone was also rather curt and said that she would chat with the doctor and call us back. We never received a call back. My wife has an appointment at a different clinic now and we will never be visiting this facility again. If these doctors don't like actually treating patients, I suggest they try a different field.

If my wife cannot get the words out she types it on her phone, that was not good enough for them. She felt humiliated.
