If you are considering employment through them please reconsider. Both Walmarts in Findlay treat their employees like trash. This building is in terrible condition as well they fixed one large crack in the floor with duct tape instead of paying to get it fixed permanently. There are literal holes in the floors everywhere and the air conditioning doesn't work half the time, when it does it's only in the bathrooms and you can't feel it on the floor. We are always drenched in our own sweat after work everyday.

I typically stop in to shop the new varieties of energy drinks after getting of work because I'm near. This afternoon 1/10/24 I went in to grab one. The store was busy understandably so. I turned around after grabbing my energy drink and bumped into one of the retail workers. I promptly apologized with "Oh my god I'm so sorry." And was responded to with "watch where you're going" with the nastiest look possible. I did not catch the woman's name. But she's old, with grey hair, and appears to be a heavy smoker. This woman is a NASTY individual, and shouldn't be working in a customer service environment, and wows me that she's still employed. While admittedly i Got pretty nasty back. I think she got what she deserved, and should be removed immediately from this store. Garbage customer service from her. However, the young lady that helped me cash out was very professional and shouldn't have to work in a workplace where such a nasty person exists.

They also need to make sure that all aisles and walkways are clear so that customers can actually get through. I was just there and there were so many carts with products on them just left around the store to the point that customers had issues getting to where they needed to go. The laziness of management is causing the in-store experience to end up being a nightmare. I have no idea how this store is functioning, to be honest. Daytime employees are also really lazy and tend to ignore customers if and when they need help. I only ever really come to this Walmart because it's close to my house. But this is ridiculous. Get with the program and do better.
